These traumas can manifest as muscular tension, digestive disorders, a weakened immune system, insomnia, fatigue, anxiety and depression, or be triggered and aggravated in other ways.
This experiential workshop introduces the physiology of trauma and provides techniques for managing trauma on a daily basis. Whether you have experienced trauma or work with those who have, you'll learn techniques from somatic psychotherapy, yoga, and Chinese medicine to help heal the traumatized body and mind.
